We process account details, profile preferences, saved addresses, bag and wishlist activity, and messages you send to the Style Concierge.

Do not enter payment details in the concierge. Card payments are processed securely by Hostinger and its payment provider during checkout; MHN Connexts Style does not receive or store your full card number.

Information is used to operate your account, remember your choices, maintain your single concierge conversation, recommend catalogue pieces, and process, confirm and fulfil the orders you place.

Essential storage keeps the bag, sign-in session and consent choice working. Optional preference and analytics categories remain off when rejected. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer.

We use a small number of service providers to run the store: Hostinger and Stripe process checkout and payment; Supabase securely stores account, order and catalogue data; and messages you send to the Style Concierge are processed using OpenAI's models via our AI infrastructure provider to generate responses. None of these providers may use your data for their own marketing.
